How it works
- Partner account. Request an account with your company name, country and VAT number. We check EU VAT numbers in VIES and approve accounts quickly. Prices become visible once your account is approved.
- Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. With a VAT number that is valid in VIES, EU deliveries are invoiced without Romanian VAT (intra-Community supply, reverse charge).
- Stock and pre-order. In-stock products ordered — and, for bank transfer, paid — by 15:30 Romanian time usually leave our warehouse the same working day. Pre-order products come from our suppliers’ warehouses, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
- Quick Order. Paste a list of SKU or EAN codes with quantities — up to 400 lines — and the cart fills itself.
- Payment by bank transfer in advance, or cash on delivery through DPD for Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary and Czechia.
The full rules are in Ordering & Delivery and our Terms and Conditions.
Warranty
12 months from the invoice date, for manufacturing defects. Below EUR 6 per unit (excluding VAT) you keep the product: we decide on photos or a video. We answer every claim within 15 days.
